New cooperative ventures in healthcare: what opportunities for innovation does partnership with patients open up?
Webinar presenting a training-action program on partnerships between patients and healthcare professionals.
This training program aims to support projects concerning care (ETP, peer-help, etc.), healthcare organization (improving care pathways, quality, relevance, etc.), training and healthcare research.
This training program is co-constructed and co-facilitated with patient partners, welcomes and trains professionals and people concerned by healthcare challenges together..., is accessible to all healthcare professionals, regardless of their place of practice (hospital, nursing home, coordination support facility, institution, etc.) and territory (all French-speaking players are welcome).
The main pedagogical objectives are to:
- Consolidate knowledge of changes in culture and practices relating to partnership in healthcare: state of play in French establishments, national recommendations, research findings, upcoming public policies, feedback, etc.
- Understand and know how to mobilize the theoretical and practical foundations (clinical, ethical, methodological, etc.) of partnership in healthcare.
- Be able to plan the various stages of a health partnership approach, identify the methodological issues associated with each of these stages and know the resources to be mobilized to support these approaches.
- Determine the criteria to be used and the steps to be taken to identify partner professionals and patients with whom to cooperate in the project.
- Identify the challenges and key success factors for accompanying the transformation of practices and organizations favoring partnership in healthcare.
