Measuring and Quantifying Grief Literacy: Towards a Grief Literacy Index

The aim of this webinar series is to bring the concept of bereavement literacy to life, highlighting its different aspects and wide-ranging impact. Seven one-hour seminars are scheduled with international leaders in the field.

Measuring and quantifying the litératie of grief can provide a strategy for communicating more effectively with stakeholders, such as policymakers, who are often driven by numerical data and metrics. The seminar will address the benefits and challenges of creating a measure of bereavement literacy. The discussion will draw on experience gained from an ongoing project to develop such a measure.
