Call for Proposals for a Funded Thesis at the STL Lab in Lille — "Suffering and Experiences at the End of Life" Consortium

As part of the Interdisciplinary Research Program (PRI) on end-of-life care, funding for a doctoral dissertation is available within the consortium “Suffering and Experiences at the End of Life”: https://www.plateforme-recherche-findevie.fr/consortia.
This dissertation, co-supervised by Philippe Sabot (Philosophy), Chloé Prod’homme (Palliative Care), and Nicolas Pujol (Medical Ethics), must align with the attached proposal and offer an original analysis of the issue of suffering at the end of life.

Applicants for this doctoral program must submit:

- a detailed resume (outlining their academic background and, if applicable, their expertise in ethics and philosophy),

- a 2-page letter explaining how their proposed dissertation project aligns with the proposed research framework,

- as well as a letter of recommendation from a faculty member who has supervised the candidate during their studies.

This project, part of the Interdisciplinary Research Program on End-of-Life Care, was funded by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Space.
