32nd SFAP Congress 2026
The national congress of the Société française d'accompagnement et de soins palliatifs (French Society for Palliative Care and Support) is an opportunity to discuss and exchange ideas on all aspects of palliative care and support.
The SFAP national congress is one of the association's highlights. For 3 days, over 2,800 people (healthcare professionals, volunteers, public authorities, users of the healthcare system...) come together to reflect on and debate palliative care and accompaniment.
Hosted each year in a different city, the congress raises awareness of palliative care issues among local elected representatives and politicians, promoting their dissemination throughout the country.
The SFAP congress is:
- Plenary and semi-plenary sessions
- Dozens of parallel workshops
- More than a hundred speakers
It is aimed at the medical public, nursing, administrative and support volunteers.
The National Platform for End-of-Life Research will host a research workshop.
