The challenges of consortium structuring

The Plateforme nationale pour la recherche sur la fin de vie and Inserm's Agence de programmes de recherche en santé offer researchers an opportunity to explore the challenges of consortium structuring.

Two case studies, one on the RHU FAME and the other on the PrevHPV will present the challenges involved in structuring research consortia (how to move in the same direction - that of the consortium, while being responsible for different work packages, belonging to different specialties or disciplines and mobilizing different methodologies, to different Institutions, etc.). ).
