Code-YAA Ethics and leadership summer school in palliative care
Summer school organized by Code-YAA for palliative care clinicians and young researchers to help them develop their clinical and research ethics skills, leadership abilities and partnerships.
The objectives of this summer school are to:
- Develop ethical skills: Improve clinical and research ethical practices through interdisciplinary training.
- Create partnerships: Strengthen links between mentors (FIRE and THUNDER groups) and mentees (TORCH group), fostering respect, trust and inclusion within the network. Develop leadership skills: Support mentees in the development of their management, communication and leadership skills.
- Strengthen research integrity: Promote scientific dissemination, notably through the submission of articles to national and international journals.
- Organize collaborative events: Organize joint events with similar partners to share knowledge and best practices.
- Mentoring visits: Enable mentors to invite several mentees for collaborative learning experiences.
