End-of-Life Care: What Kinds of Care and What Rights?

The Palliative Care team at Rouen University Hospital is organizing a conference and discussion on end-of-life care.

The purpose of this event is to reflect on and encourage discussion about end-of-life care, focusing on two main areas: “care” and “rights.”

As 2026 begins, the two proposed bills—on “palliative care” and “assisted dying”—have been the subject of constructive and lively debates, highlighting the importance of an issue that affects—or will affect—all citizens directly or indirectly.
