Journal club

A regular appointment to read and analyze scientific articles concerning palliative care and the end of life.

Are you interested in research concerning palliative care and the end of life, and want to keep abreast of the latest studies published in this field? Then this Journal Club is for you!

Once a month, we will dissect a recent and innovative article and offer an analysis, before opening the discussion and leaving room for exchange.

The selected article is entitled:
Tomczyk, M., Viallard, M.-L. and Beloucif, S. (2020). "Sedation" or "sedative practices for palliative purposes at the end of life"? A linguistic study of francophone recommendations for sedation in adult palliative care. Recherche en soins infirmiers, 143(4), 106-117.

The presentation will be given by Catherine RUCHON, PhD in language sciences and M2 Research student Fins de vie et médecine palliative.

This event is open to clinicians and researchers from all fields (palliative medicine, nursing, oncology, human and social sciences, etc.).
