Psychedelics: knowledge, wisdom and controversy
It is intended to be a vibrant space for discovery and exchange, conducive to exploring the many facets of work on these substances still unknown to Western science. Researchers, academics, journalists, doctors and professionals from a wide range of backgrounds will be sharing work in progress to stimulate discussion and foster collaborative thinking across disciplines and varied expertise. It will thus contribute to stabilizing and structuring knowledge.
Mixing presentations of assisted therapy protocols, analyses of psychonauts' accounts, media initiatives and sociological, historical, philosophical or anthropological approaches, this seminar aims to provide, if not a complete overview of this field, at least a glimpse of its richness.
This first seminar will feature Platform network member Zoë DUBUS, who has worked on the use of psychedelics at the end of life, and Margot MORGIEVE. It is entitled: Psychedelics: knowledge, uses, controversies.
