An association for students in the Master's program in palliative and end-of-life medicine

On December 4, the founders of the Association des étudiants et anciens du master 2 Recherche en médecine palliative et sur la fin de vie (AssEtAM) (Association of students and alumni of the Master 2 Research in Palliative and End-of-Life Medicine) held their constituent general meeting on the occasion of the Scientific Day of the Plate-Forme Nationale pour la Recherche sur la Fin de Vie (National Platform for End-of-Life Research).

This association is proposing several areas of work, including monitoring the future and career paths of students after the master's degree and responding to requests from candidates for enrolment. It plans to promote the master's degree, in particular to paramedical professionals, and then help them make the most of their master's.

The association also aims to encourage networking between its members and communicate their ideas, projects and research work, by making resources available and organizing events, in conjunction with the master's pedagogical committee and the National Platform for End-of-Life Research.
