The Platform is recruiting!
Two vacancies are available: the position of Director of the National Platform for End-of-Life Research and a position of Project Manager to carry out two literature reviews.
The position of project manager is to be filled as soon as possible. The aim of this one-year CDD is to carry out two international literature reviews on two of the themes targeted by the collaboration between the Platform and the Caisse Nationale de Solidarité pour l'Autonomie (CNSA): "Virage and domiciliary approaches to the end of life of people with disabilities and elderly people with loss of autonomy" and "Autonomy of the will of people with disabilities and elderly people with loss of autonomy, their family caregivers and professionals: analyzing expressions of the will to die of the people concerned and the associated reactions of family caregivers and professionals". The deliverables expected are two systematic reviews of the international literature carried out according to the principles of the "PRISMA" method (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) and two short syntheses (5 pages) of the main lessons learned from each of these research studies.
The executive position will be vacant from March 15, 2023. This includes coordinating the Platform, implementing its strategy, missions and work program in conjunction with the co-presidents and board members. It also involves supervising the operational team, initiating and formalizing partnerships with national and international players likely to make a useful contribution to the development and structuring of research in the end-of-life field, seeking funding, monitoring the budget, representing the Platform's activities in institutional bodies and at scientific events (symposia, webinars, international congresses, etc.), in France and abroad.
