Take part in a national study
PREVAL-SP is a study of the prevalence of deep sedation practices in the terminal palliative phase in each care setting.
All specialized palliative care (PC) teams, i.e. PC units (USP), PC mobile teams (EMSP), healthcare networks, PC identified beds (LISP) and all HAH facilities are called upon to participate.
The data collection time for each patient included is estimated at 10 minutes and concerns their socio/demographic data, simplified data concerning the intention, implementation and therapy of sedation.
