On November 8, 2022, the National Platform for End-of-Life Research organized a virtual meeting of young researchers working on issues relating to death, end-of-life and palliative care.
On the program for this third edition: anthropology, ethnology, philosophy, psychology, law, linguistics and political science.
Topics include: organ removal following a decision to discontinue therapy, and the ethical issues this raises; resilience among professionals working with patients at the end of life; legal and bioethical terminology issues concerning the end of life in different languages; and finally, death-related issues that do, or do not, fall within the remit of public policy.
