2026 International Collaborative Annual Conference

Eleventh Annual Conference of the International Collaborative for Best Care for the Dying Person.

This two-day event is organized by the Institute of Palliative Care at Lund University and the Skåne Region, and brings together professionals from around the world who are dedicated to improving end-of-life care.

The International Collaborative works to promote high-quality care for people at the end of life through international research, training, and the sharing of clinical expertise. It also works closely with the EAPC Working Group on End-of-Life Care and supports the ongoing development of the 10/40 Model for optimal end-of-life care.

The conference program is designed for physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, researchers, leaders, and anyone working in or interested in the field of end-of-life care. 

The sessions are designed to promote learning, encourage discussion, and foster meaningful professional connections, while highlighting the current work being carried out within the International Collaborative.

Focusing on best care from multiple perspectives, this conference offers a unique opportunity for international exchange, reflection, and networking.
