Two grants for scientific events
The Plateforme nationale pour la recherche sur la fin de vie and the Caisse nationale de solidarité pour l'autonomie (CNSA) are funding scientific events. The results of the call for applications are now available.
These grants are aimed at researchers, and more particularly young researchers wishing to organize scientific events relating to the end of life.
These events must concern the field of autonomy (old age and/or disability) and fall within the scope of human and social sciences (SHS) and/or public health.
The call for applications was launched between February 1 and May 31, 2023. The jury met on September 25, 2023, to select the events to be funded.
The winning projects are:
- An international symposium entitled: L'Accompagnement palliatif en soins primaires, modèles de soins pluri-professionnels du domicile et liens ville-hôpital (ACCOMPALLIA), organized by the ACCePPT laboratory, to be held from November 7 to 8, 2024 in Clermont-Ferrand.
- Les cinquièmes rencontres de soins palliatifs pédiatriques, on the theme "Les nouvelles situations complexes en Soins palliatifs pédiatriques". This symposium organized by the Société française de soins palliatifs pédiatriques (2SPP) and supported by the Centre hospitalier universitaire (CHU) de Bordeaux will take place on October 10 and 11, 2024 in Arcachon.
