Supporting homecare professionals at the end of life

This research project focuses on homecare professionals - healthcare professionals but also homecare assistants - in order to analyze the resources they have at their disposal to implement end-of-life support arrangements in conjunction with home hospitalization, out-of-hospital mobile palliative care teams and DACs, to identify the difficulties they encounter and the new possibilities opened up by new ways of coordinating their action.
