Early palliative care and anticipatory discussions around care projects involving patients are a focus of palliative care development in France. In the context of progressive neurocognitive diseases, these practices are not yet widespread across the country.

Objectives of our various studies:

To better understand current practices for anticipating disease progression among patients with progressive neurocognitive pathologies (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Lewy Body disease, ...).

Evaluate the palliative support needs of patients and their families, particularly those suffering from early-onset forms in young subjects and rarer diseases

Develop an intervention for early discussion of care projects in conjunction with referring specialists.
