As part of the PERINAT project, I am researching metaphors and neologisms used by Dutch-speaking parents experiencing perinatal loss, in order to better understand their experiences and better support them in their grieving process. The ultimate goal is also to raise awareness among the parents' entourage, as well as healthcare professionals and the digital media.
